The Wingspan high-pressure cleaning pump is positioned as the core drive unit of the industrial-grade fluid power system and is manufactured in strict accordance with the ISO9001 quality management system. The product adopts the classic 3 plunger reciprocating structure. The core is precisely assembled by a hardened ceramic plunger and a forged brass or stainless steel pump head. It is designed to provide the extremely stable pressure output for the ultra-high pressure water jet. Its internal crankcase has been optimized to ensure excellent dynamic balance under extreme conditions. As the core component of the high-pressure cleaning machine, it not only defines the upper pressure limit of the whole machine, but also is the key to achieve efficient physical cleaning. In terms of performance specifications, the series of pumps cover a wide pressure range of 50 to 2800 bar, and the displacement span ranges from 3 to 1000 liters per minute, which can meet the diversified needs from fine cleaning to heavy industrial rust removal. Thanks to its modular configuration, users can choose gasoline, diesel or motor-driven versions according to different operating environments. This design significantly improves the economic efficiency of the equipment by reducing the wear rate of the wearing parts while ensuring high volumetric efficiency.
