What Comes With the Washer
The standard supply package includes the washer, a matched high-pressure hose, trigger gun, cleaning nozzle and inlet filter. Hot-water configurations also include their heating equipment. Hose reels, rotating nozzles and specialized surface-cleaning tools are optional items, allowing a buyer to price the equipment actually needed for the task. Each high-pressure accessory is matched to the selected machine’s pressure, flow and water temperature; a shared connector size alone does not establish compatibility.

Pressure, Flow and Hot-Water Cleaning

Same Pressure, Different Rinsing Capacity
The HWP200-15 and HWP200-21 configurations both list 200 bar (2,901 psi) maximum pressure, while their listed flows are 15 L/min (3.96 US gpm) and 21 L/min (5.55 US gpm). The higher-flow configuration moves more rinse water and needs a correspondingly stronger water supply and wastewater route. These listed maximum specifications describe the product configurations; they are separate from a measured operating point for a particular nozzle.
When Heated Water Adds Value
The electric-heated and diesel-heated product families provide heated-water cleaning up to 98 °C (208 °F). Heat assists grease removal by reducing the viscosity of oily deposits, while pressure and flow continue to provide mechanical washing and rinsing. Electric heating and diesel heating describe the heat source; both featured hot-water families use a motor-driven pump. A diesel heater therefore has fuel and exhaust requirements even though the pumping equipment is electric.
Cold-water GP equipment serves washing and surface-preparation tasks without the heater package. Its high output is intended for professional duty, and sensitive paint, seals or soft substrates require a compatible cleaning method and nozzle setting. The 800 bar (11,603 psi) GP2080D belongs to specialist industrial surface work rather than a routine vehicle-washing setup. Water temperature remains within each machine and accessory’s rating throughout the system.
Power Supply and Wash-Bay Layout
Product ListA corded machine depends on the site’s electrical service throughout operation. The featured industrial range includes supply versions that differ substantially from an ordinary 120 V household outlet. The HWP configurations list 415 V supply, while the GP2080D lists 380 V / 50 Hz and 440 V / 60 Hz versions with a 35 kW drive. Voltage, frequency, phase and available circuit capacity determine which electrical version belongs in the installation.
Water Supply and Hose Routing
The supply water must sustain the chosen machine’s flow without starving its pump. A 21 L/min (5.55 US gpm) configuration needs more incoming water and drainage capacity than a 15 L/min (3.96 US gpm) configuration. An inlet filter limits debris entering the pump, and a stable supply avoids interruptions and air entering the water path. Tank-fed installations use a pump-compatible gravity, suction or boosted supply arrangement.
Hose length extends the washing area but also increases pressure loss, handling weight and the number of connections. The equipment package therefore matches hose length and bore to the wash area and machine output. Electrical connections stay away from spray and standing water, with the grounding and protective devices required for the installed version. Diesel-heated units also need a layout that directs combustion exhaust safely away from occupied areas and air intakes.

Ordering and Delivery
Order terms distinguish paid trial equipment, configured batches and repeat supply.
MOQ is one unit. Trial machines are paid units at the displayed configuration price; optional equipment and freight are separate.
Orders of 2–5 units use an itemized quotation with selected electrical versions, accessories and individual export packing.
Orders of 6 or more units receive quantity pricing based on a common configuration and consolidated shipment.
Made-to-order supply: standard configurations dispatch in 20–30 days after deposit and configuration approval; configured batches dispatch in 30–45 days.
International shipment uses protective export packing. FOB Ningbo is the standard quotation basis; freight and import charges are separate.
Each shipment includes a commercial invoice, packing list and operating instructions. Accessories and machine identification appear on the packing list.

Which parts need periodic replacement?
Nozzles, inlet filters, seals and high-pressure hoses are service items. Replacement parts match the pump, connector design, pressure and temperature rating of the chosen model.
How is cold-weather storage handled?
After shutdown and pressure release, the water path is drained or winterized using the model’s permitted procedure. Freezing water can damage the pump, seals and hose connections.
Can a worn nozzle change machine performance?
An enlarged nozzle opening reduces pressure at a given pump flow. A blocked or undersized nozzle increases load; a replacement uses the correct opening and rating for the machine.
What happens when the trigger is released?
The unloader redirects flow or the machine’s installed control stops the pump. Permitted bypass time depends on that configuration; extended bypass operation heats recirculating water.
Can the electrical cord be extended?
An extension is used only where the installed version’s instructions permit it, with the specified cable size, length and wet-area rating. An unsuitable cable can cause voltage drop, heating and failed starting.
