The Winspan industrial-grade high-pressure cleaning machine with sandblasting function combines ultra-high-pressure water flow with abrasives to achieve dust-free and highly efficient metal rust removal and paint layer stripping operations. As a source manufacturing factory, Winspan Technology has mature production lines and technical reserves, eliminating middlemen links and providing global customers with highly competitive factory prices and faster delivery speeds.

Suitable for large-scale hull paint removal and marine biological cleaning. Wet sandblasting operations are not restricted by port dust control and can significantly shorten the ship docking maintenance cycle.

specially designed for surface pretreatment of bridges, oil and gas pipelines and large storage tanks, providing metal cleanliness that meets coating standards and ensuring extremely high adhesion of subsequent coatings.

used to clean the oxide layer of clay sand, mold carbon deposits and large mechanical parts on the surface of castings, replacing traditional pickling process, more environmentally friendly and without damaging the metal matrix.

Provides efficient, non-destructive and non-contaminating cleaning solutions for stubborn graffiti on building facades, deep scaling on stone surfaces and concrete stripping operations.

500 bar working pressure combined with automatic abrasive suction system, its rust removal efficiency is 15 times higher than traditional manual grinding, and can process heavily rusted metal surfaces of more than 20 square meters per hour.

The sandblasting head lining is made of industrial-grade tungsten carbide with a Vickers hardness of more than 2200. The continuous wear-resistant operation time exceeds 500 hours, which greatly reduces the frequency of replacement of fragile parts.

It adopts wet sandblasting process to suppress dust flying at the source, which meets strict construction environmental protection standards and eliminates the electrostatic spark hazard that may be caused by dry sandblasting.

Equipped with a stepless pressure regulating valve and a multifunctional nozzle, the operator can quickly switch between processing fragile substrates and stripping heavy scale layers, ensuring that the cleaning task is completed without damaging the substrate.

Heavy-duty stainless steel sand suction pipe supports a variety of industrial abrasives such as quartz sand, emery and glass beads, and can provide customized sandblasting solutions for surfaces of different hardnesses.

It adopts forged brass pump head and solid ceramic plunger. Its excellent heat dissipation and corrosion resistance ensure that the equipment can maintain 24-hour uninterrupted and stable operation in extreme industrial environments.

Compared with the common civilian-grade sandblasting kits on the market, the Winspan industrial-grade system adopts an integrated fluid dynamics design, which improves the sand-water mixing uniformity by 40%, effectively solving the sand absorption discontinuity and pipeline blockage problems caused by insufficient negative pressure in traditional equipment. In addition, this model uses a customized high-pressure pump unit, and the service life of its core components is extended by more than 3 years compared with ordinary assembly machines.

For project sites with strict environmental supervision, Winspan has solved the dust explosion risk caused by dry sandblasting and respiratory health injuries to construction workers.

For stubborn scale on large ships and industrial steel frames, we have solved the pain point of ordinary low-pressure washers that cannot completely peel off the scale.

In response to the problem that ordinary nozzles are very susceptible to wear and deformation during sandblasting, the high-hardness alloy components provided by Winspan significantly reduce consumables expenses.

Install the sandblasting kit firmly to the end of the high-pressure spray gun, ensure that the sand suction hose connection is sealed, and then insert the sand suction rod into the dry abrasive barrel to a depth of not less than 30 cm.

Always use industrial abrasives with a particle size between 0.2 and 1.5 mm and ensure that the abrasives are dry and free of impurities to prevent mechanical clogging of the sand suction valve during operation.

After turning on the water source power supply, pull the trigger, slowly rotate the pressure regulating valve according to the degree of rust on the target surface, observe the flow rate of the sand-water mixture discharged from the nozzle, and adjust it to the optimal cutting force.

After the operation is completed, the sand suction pipe should be moved out of the abrasive barrel and sprayed empty for 1 minute to drain the residual abrasive in the pipe. Then, the motor should be turned off and the spray gun should be turned on to release the remaining pressure of the system to avoid rust death of the joint.
