Pressure Washer Supplier | Electric Washers & Water Blasters

pressure washer supplier

Source electric pressure washers for everyday washing and high-pressure water blasting equipment for marine cleaning. Choose equipment around the surface, the material to remove, and the power and water available at your job site.

Electric Washers and Marine Water Blasters

Washing vehicles and washable surfaces

Routine washing removes dirt while preserving the surface underneath. The SUN160 offers adjustable pressure and a spray gun with a detachable lance for directing the jet around the work area. Its foam bottle supports detergent application before rinsing. For vehicle paint and trim, the nozzle, spray distance, and surface manufacturer's cleaning limits guide the setup.

Marine cleaning and water blasting

Marine water blasting addresses work where strongly attached material requires more concentrated jet action. The 22000psi Offshore Vessels Water Blasting Machine provides a much higher maximum pressure than the SUN160. For rust or coating removal, the substrate, required finish, and blasting tool determine the working setup. These jobs also require trained operators, controlled access, and collection of removed material and wastewater.

How Pressure and Flow Change the Job

Pressure helps the jet break the bond between dirt and the surface. Flow carries loosened material away. Broad-area rinsing therefore depends on enough water delivery and a suitable spray width, while stubborn deposits may call for more concentrated action within the surface's limits.

Nozzle selection changes that balance. A wider fan spreads water across more area; a narrow jet concentrates its action. The nozzle opening must match the machine's flow and intended working pressure so the pump and spray tool operate together.

Maximum pressure describes a limit, while working pressure and its corresponding flow describe the operating point. For repeated or extended cleaning, that operating point and the permitted run time determine the output available throughout the job.

Electric Power and Water Supply

Power that matches the motor

An electric washer needs a supply that matches its voltage, frequency, phase, and circuit requirements. For a U.S. installation, a 220V product name alone does not establish compatibility with a 240V, 60Hz circuit. A mismatch can prevent correct motor operation or overload the electrical system. The motor rating and connection requirements must match the actual installation before an electrical configuration is selected.

Water that keeps up with the pump

The water source must sustain the pump's required inlet flow and pressure throughout cleaning. Restricted hoses, clogged filters, and inadequate tank supply can starve the pump, causing unstable output and cavitation damage. With tank-fed equipment, the inlet arrangement, suction conditions, and filtration also determine whether the pump receives enough water.

Match the Hose, Gun, and Nozzle to the Machine

Hose length affects working reach and pressure loss

A longer hose lets the operator cover more ground from one machine position, but it also adds weight and friction loss. Hose diameter and flow determine how much pressure reaches the spray tool. For larger work areas, select the hose length together with its bore and the machine's intended output.

Every high-pressure component carries the load

The hose, couplings, gun, lance, and nozzle each need pressure and temperature ratings that cover the machine's operating conditions. The lowest-rated component limits the assembly. A routine washer's accessory set cannot be transferred to a marine water blaster simply because an adapter connects the fittings.

Detergent accessories need the right operating conditions

A foam bottle introduces detergent to help loosen compatible soils before rinsing. Its performance depends on water flow, the attachment's opening, and detergent properties. For the SUN160, the supplied foam bottle is part of the cleaning setup; detergent selection still follows the surface and attachment requirements.
