5000 psi pressure washer electric
Wingspan Industrial Pressure Washers
Select an electric motor-driven pressure washer around the 5,000 PSI class by matching pressure, flow, water temperature and site utilities. The confirmed D350-15 configuration is listed at 350 bar / 5,100 PSI and about 4 US gpm, with a diesel-fired heater for hot-water cleaning. Other featured electric-drive models cover lower pressure or different heating arrangements for jobs that do not require the full 350 bar output.
- Confirmed 350 bar / listed 5,100 PSI D350-15 configuration
- About 4 US gpm at the listed D350-15 configuration
- Electric motor pump drive with a separate diesel-fired water heater
What “5,000 PSI” Means in This Range
The D350-15 is the documented configuration closest to the requested 5,000 PSI class. Its product page lists 350 bar / 5,100 PSI and 900 L/h, or about 15 L/min and 4 US gpm. Pressure supplies concentrated jet force, while flow carries loosened material away and affects rinsing speed. Both values belong in the same comparison.
| D350-15 listed item | Product-page value |
|---|---|
| Presión | 350 bar / 5,100 PSI |
| Flujo | 900 L/h / approximately 15 L/min / 4 US gpm |
| Pump motor | 11 kW at 1450 rpm |
| Listed electrical supply | 380 V / 50 Hz |
| Water heating | Diesel-fired, 68,000 kcal/h listed thermal input |
| Listed water-temperature range | 0–100°C / 32–212°F |
These are configuration data from the product page. Final selection should establish the required working pressure and flow with the intended nozzle, hose length, inlet conditions and duty cycle. A maximum pressure figure alone does not show how quickly a machine will rinse a large area or whether it can sustain the required operating point.
Electric Pump Drive and Water Heating Are Separate Choices
An electric pressure washer uses an electric motor to drive the high-pressure pump. A hot-water machine then needs a second energy source to heat the water. That heater may use electricity or diesel fuel, so “electric” does not identify the heating method by itself.
The D350-15 uses an electric motor for the pump and diesel fuel for heating. This arrangement reaches the page’s listed 350 bar / 5,100 PSI configuration while drawing its pumping and heating energy from separate sources.
The HWP electric-heated family uses electricity for both the motor-driven pump and water heating. Its detailed table currently lists four configurations from 200 to 300 bar, with the highest entry at 300 bar / 4,350 PSI. It is an option when an all-electric hot-water arrangement matters more than reaching the 350 bar class.
The stainless steel-cover hot-water family also combines a motor-driven pump with diesel heating. Its detailed table lists 150, 200 and 250 bar configurations. The L-Series is an electric motor-driven pressure washer family; its product data does not identify a water-heating system.
Featured Pressure Washer Configurations
The four featured product families cover electric-heated hot water, diesel-heated hot water and high-pressure electric-drive washing. Their pressure, flow, heating source and electrical supply should be evaluated as separate specifications.

Electric Hot Water Pressure Washer (HWP Series)
This motor-driven hot-water family uses electric heating and lists four HWP configurations for heated cleaning. The detailed table covers 200 to 300 bar and 15 to 21 L/min, allowing buyers to choose between pressure and higher rinsing flow without adding a fuel-fired heater.

350 Bar Fuel-Fired Hot & Cold Water Pressure Washer (D Series)
The D Series combines an electric motor-driven pump with diesel-fired water heating. The D350-15 is the confirmed near-5,000 PSI option, pairing the page’s listed 350 bar / 5,100 PSI output with about 4 US gpm for high-pressure hot- or cold-water cleaning.

Fuel-Fired Hot & Cold Water Pressure Washer — Stainless Steel Cover
This hot-water family uses a motor-driven pump, diesel-fired heating and a 304 stainless steel cover. Its detailed configuration table covers 150 to 250 bar, making it a stainless-steel-cover hot-water alternative when the task does not require the D350-15 pressure level.

L-Series High Pressure Washer
The L-Series provides electric motor-driven high-pressure cleaning with adjustable pressure and four nozzle tips. The WL15350L is the listed 350 bar option. The product page does not specify a water-heating configuration, and the exact electrical version should be selected for the installation rather than inferred from the page title.

Match Pressure, Flow and Heat to the Cleaning Task
Choose the 350 bar class when the deposit, surface and required production rate justify concentrated jet force. Heavy equipment, durable hard surfaces and tightly attached buildup may benefit from higher pressure, but the nozzle, stand-off distance and flow still determine the actual cleaning action. The machine should be set up around a repeatable operating point instead of using maximum pressure for every pass.
Hot water adds a thermal cleaning step for oil and grease. The D350-15 combines the near-5,000 PSI pressure class with diesel-fired heating, while the HWP family provides an all-electric heating arrangement at lower listed pressures. The L-Series can be compared on pressure and flow, but its product page does not specify whether the proposed configuration includes water heating.
Paint, seals, soft materials, weathered masonry and coated surfaces need a lower and more controllable cleaning action. Use the surface or coating manufacturer’s limits, a correctly sized wide-fan nozzle, greater stand-off distance and a small-area test to establish the setting. A 5,000 PSI maximum is available capacity, not a default surface setting.
Site Requirements for a 350 Bar Electric Pump System
The electrical service must match the selected motor. Confirm voltage, phase, frequency, full-load current, connection method, circuit capacity, grounding and the required ground-fault protection for the final configuration. The D350-15 product page currently lists only 380 V / 50 Hz, so obtain the complete rated electrical data for the exact machine offered before planning a circuit or placing an order.
The water source must continuously provide more than the machine’s actual inlet demand at the required inlet pressure and water quality. A D350-15 configuration listed at about 4 US gpm also needs drainage, recovery or wastewater handling for that flow. Inlet starvation can make output unstable and damage the pump.
Every pressure-side component must cover the selected pressure, flow and temperature. The hose, gun, lance, couplings, unloader and nozzle form one rated system, and the lowest-rated component sets the allowable operating limit. Hose length and small flow passages also add pressure loss, so the final hose package should be matched to the working distance.
A diesel-heated configuration needs fuel storage, combustion air and an exhaust route away from occupied zones and building air intakes. Keep electrical connections protected from spray and standing water, and provide safe access for inspection, shutdown and routine service.
