Do You Need A Surface Cleaner For Pressure Washer
If you want to finish the dosing operation of the high-pressure cleaner, the first step is to watch whether the bottle of cleaning agent in your hand is “special for the high-pressure cleaner”, otherwise the seal in the pump will have to be finished sooner or later. First find the soap box or siphon that comes with the machine. If it is concentrated liquid, be sure to adjust the dilution ratio according to the instructions and then pour it into it. Then there is the easiest place for novices to stumble: you have to change into that black soap nozzle. The chemical injector inside the machine is pressure-sensitive, and only when this low-pressure blackhead is replaced will it start sucking the medicine. After finishing, just pull the trigger on the target surface, and the vacuum suction will automatically pull the potion into the water flow. If your machine does not have a medicine box, insert the siphon filter directly into the cleaner barrel and remember to insert it to the end, otherwise the air will be sucked in and the injection will be intermittent.
1. Choose The Right Cleaning Agent, Don’t Try To Save Trouble
This is not only related to whether you can wash it clean, but also related to the life of your machine. You must only use the special liquid that says “pressure washer safe. Many people like to make do with the bleach or detergent at home. The strong oxidation in these things will quickly destroy the sealing ring and O-ring in the pump. Choose the kind of specially designed for high-pressure system formula, chemical composition will not fight with internal parts, but also to avoid water leakage and maintain a stable pressure.
2. Find The Medicine Box Or Siphon
The machine model is different, and the way of dosing is different. Now most of the home models on the market, the frame comes with an integrated soap box. But if you have one of those minicomputers or something a little more professional, you’re going to have to find that siphon pipette. Usually this transparent plastic hose is connected to the side of the pump where the water enters. It is very important to recognize these parts, because they are the only entrance for your cleaning solution into the system. If you find the wrong place, you can’t absorb the medicine.

3. The Dilution Ratio Of The Concentrate Must Be Accurate
The preparation work is done well or not, which directly affects the safety and efficiency. If your potion is concentrated, don’t be lazy and skip the dilution step. Look at the manufacturer’s suggestion on the bottle, mix it well and pour it into the box. The potion is diluted in place to flow smoothly through those sophisticated internal valves. According to my practical judgment, the potion is too thick to suck, too thin and has no washing effect. This job still requires accurate matching.
4. Change The Black Nozzle Activation System
This is the most common mistake I found when repairing machines: the wrong nozzle. To get the soap out, you have to replace the black soap nozzle. The physical principle behind this is actually quite rigid: the internal injector is actually a pressure-sensitive valve, which will only open the liquid medicine when it detects that the back pressure has dropped. The large diameter of the black nozzle just creates this low pressure environment. If you use a red or yellow high-pressure head, the injector will not open at all, and only clear water will always be sprayed out.
5. Using The Principle Of Vacuum Siphon
The box is full, the black nozzle is stuck in the spray bar, and the next operation is very direct. Just hold the long rod against the cleaning surface and pull the trigger. Is a Venturi effect inside the machine-a physical vacuum is created in the manifold of the pump. This vacuum will automatically pull the medicine out of the medicine cabinet and spray it proportionally to the surface. This “downstream injection” method is actually very scientific, because it ensures that the liquid is after passing through the most delicate parts of the pump before merging with the water, without hurting the pump body.
6. Use Siphon With External Container
If your machine does not have a medicine box, siphon is your alternative. When using this thing, remember to put the filter at the end of the tube directly into the external medicine bucket. In order to make the foam stable, I have to remind you of one detail: the filter screen must completely sink into the bottom of the barrel. If the filter screen is half exposed outside, the system will suck in air, causing the pressure to rise and fall, and all the air bubbles will be ejected. Insert the tube to the end and make sure it is completely submerged to ensure that the suction of the potion is sufficient from beginning to end.
