Equipment Protection

The primary concern of operators using HBOT equipment should be pump maintenance.The professional approach must be to use a downstream ejector, which is installed at the outlet of the pump. Because chemicals are introduced after the pump, they never come into contact with the delicate ceramic plunger or the fragile internal seal. This is the only way to avoid early scrapping of the pump due to the corrosiveness of bleach or degreaser and save a lot of downtime repair costs.

Dilution Ratio: Standard downstream injectors typically provide a dilution ratio of 10:1 to 20:1. This means that for every 10 to 20 gallons of water that flows, 1 gallon of concentrated detergent is removed.

Retention time: The potion takes a certain “retention time usually 5 to 10 minute to break down the dirt after it is sprayed on. Never let the cleaner dry off the surface, as it will leave unsightly run marks. So, keeping the surface moist is the basic work.
